Our curriculum is designed to encourage young children to explore various developmental areas while meeting New Jersey Preschool Learning Standards. Each day your child will participate in activities that are designed to allow active participation and promote independent growth. Parents can find the weekly lesson plans in the classroom and will also receive the monthly lesson plans at the beginning of the month.
Our teachers are warm and nurturing, understand child development, apply their knowledge in the classroom and respect each child as an individual. Each teacher has on file two written references from previous employers and/ or supervisors, along with a police background check and a physical examination.
All teachers are encouraged to attend training in First aid, CPR, communicable disease recognition, child abuse prevention and recognition, child development, and teaching methods every year.
We maintain the class ratio lower than New Jersey State regulation so that we can pay more attention to each child.
